Free Consultation

We value the relationship we build with our clients. It begins with the first meeting—in our showroom or in your home. You’ll describe your vision, and we’ll ask plenty of questions. We’ll also take measurements.

Don’t worry if you don’t have a clear idea in mind. We’ll help you determine what will work in the space for your lifestyle. Best of all, there’s no charge for this initial conversation.

Design and Planning

We’ll work with your interior designer, or directly with you—however you prefer. Best of all, you can relax while we do the work.

We’ll take notes about your selections and educate you on different products. We’ll show you samples that you can see and touch. We encourage you to bring your favorite fabric swatches, paint chips, drapery, throw pillows, and even a drawer from your furniture. We will work with you to match fabrics, colors and textures for a beautiful result.

Our designer will then draw a detailed customized plan. The design fee will be deducted from your overall purchase. If you decide not to continue with the job, however, you are still responsible for the fee at this stage.

Installation

The hard work is done. Now the fun begins! Get ready for a total transformation of your space. Your designer personally oversees the job, including product deliveries and expert installation. We prepare the room, provide the necessary materials and expert staff for plumbing, electrical, duct work, structural, dry wall, painting, flooring, tile, etc. We offer products that are environmentally friendly and sustainable. Importantly, we pay close attention to details throughout the process, bringing your vision to life. Importantly, we guarantee that the job will be done right—on time and on budget.

Repairs

We will repair or replace most products affected by damage or excessive wear and tear. If it’s out of product warranty, we’ll ensure a reasonable price.
